Very impressed with Chris and the team from Pristine Aircon Cleaning. My first message to request a clean was, most refreshingly, responded to quickly and without drama. No waiting around wondering when I would hear from them. We organised a date and time that was amenable.I received a reminder message the day before and on the day arranged they confirmed their estimated time of arrival which was accurate. I had four units thoroughly cleaned and the boys were done within two hours. They were super friendly, polite, respectful, professional and my home was left clean and tidy with no messes to clean up.My units are now running very efficiently and look and smell clean and fresh.On top of all that the price was very reasonable and worth every cent.Overall I cannot fault the service in anyway and would highly recommend their services to anyone. I shall certainly be using their services again in the future.

Firstly the customer service was impressive. I sent out three (3) internet web enquiries to get quotes for cleaning and servicing of my air-conditioning units and Chris from Pristine was the only company to get back to me and within hours ✅.As a shift worker air-conditioning is a must for me and is make or break for ensuring a good rest. The two service technicians were prompt, very polite and friendly. They explained the servicing process and even provided some tips and tricks on how to get the most efficiency out of my units. Original review from 2021: We had an excellent experience with Chris and his team member Russ from Pristine Aircon Cleaning.
They were professional, personable, helpful, efficient and pleasant.
It shocked us to see just how much filth was inside the aircon, despite knowing it was dirty when we moved in - so much so that we did not start using it until after Pristine cleaned it. Our aircon was cleaned more than halfway through the last hot season (2020/21), so we will delay the next clean until this current season has finished. However, we can see a buildup of deposits, which illustrates why cleaning your aircon at least once a year is essential.
Addendum August 2023
Having had two visits from Pristine at our old place, we moved house and arranged for Chris & Russ to clean our two latest aircon. The bedroom aircon was incredibly filthy and had a blocked drain - Chris explained this would most likely have caused an internal drip for the previous residents.
We especially appreciated the thoroughness, patience and attention to detail - clearing the blocked drain took a lot of work. Chris also helped me understand some important information about how aircon works.
One of my professional hats is customer experience (CX) consulting; thus, I have professional insights...Pristine Aircon Cleaning is world-class.

If you want to live your best life, it's important to prioritise/look after your health and bodily fundamentals. Mould within air conditioners can seriously undermine your health and paying for professional aircon cleaning is a worthy investment (in you) - even if you are a tenant and the owner won't pay for it (some won't and they are not legally obliged to in Queensland).

Needed air cond cleaned and maintained on short notice as I was having guests arriving next week. Chris offered to fit me in where other providers could not, and when there was a cancellation that was earlier, he called to see if I could accommodate them. Had our 3 airconditioners cleaned by Chris this morning and they have come up brand new! We had one aircon that we thought needed to be replaced because it wasn't running properly and it turns out it was just really dirty! it's working perfectly now!

Wow where do I start. What a great service and what an affordable price! I just had two split systems cleaned by Chris. He arrived on time and was very professional.

I had absolutely no idea about the all the bacteria lurking in our split system air conditioner. It wasn’t until Chris removed the casing off the air conditioners and showed me what it was like inside that I got a picture of what I had been breathing in all this time.

The difference since the cleaning is unbelievable. Not only are my systems working more efficiently now, it smells better too, which is healthier for myself and my roommate.

Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend doing this.
Our Daiken 3.5hp split system now has a proper refrigeration smell, instead of a dirty infectious odour.
The unit now only takes 50mins to bring the house down to Temperature.
