Very impressed with Chris and the team from Pristine Aircon Cleaning. My first message to request a clean was, most refreshingly, responded to quickly and without drama. No waiting around wondering when I would hear from them. We organised a date and time that was amenable.I received a reminder message the day before and on the day arranged they confirmed their estimated time of arrival which was accurate. I had four units thoroughly cleaned and the boys were done within two hours. They were super friendly, polite, respectful, professional and my home was left clean and tidy with no messes to clean up.My units are now running very efficiently and look and smell clean and fresh.On top of all that the price was very reasonable and worth every cent.Overall I cannot fault the service in anyway and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Our aircon was cleaned more than halfway through the last hot season (2020/21), so we will delay the next clean until this current season has finished. However, we can see a buildup of deposits, which illustrates why cleaning your aircon at least once a year is essential.

Chris and his team are brilliant! Their work is unbeatable! They came to clean our 3 units and it has made a massive difference! They were very dirty and now they're like new again! They work more efficiently, there's no bad smells, the air quality is a million times better! Don't even bother going with anyone else. I did a lot of research and asked online for recommendations and I'm so glad I went with Pristine! Chris is very knowledgeable and an all round nice guy too! Plus they guarantee their service and follow through! 👌 Thanks heaps! We'll definitely be getting you to come do this clean every year from now on!

Had our 3 airconditioners cleaned by Chris this morning and they have come up brand new! We had one aircon that we thought needed to be replaced because it wasn't running properly and it turns out it was just really dirty! it's working perfectly now!

I had absolutely no idea about the all the bacteria lurking in our split system air conditioner. It wasn’t until Chris removed the casing off the air conditioners and showed me what it was like inside that I got a picture of what I had been breathing in all this time.
The difference since the cleaning is unbelievable. Not only are my systems working more efficiently now, it smells better too, which is healthier for myself and my roommate.

I would highly recommend doing this.
Our Daiken 3.5hp split system now has a proper refrigeration smell, instead of a dirty infectious odour.
The unit now only takes 50mins to bring the house down to Temperature.

Chris just cleaned three of the split systems in our house and did a fantastic job. Two of them were full of black mould and what I suspect was a contributed to our son’s lingering cough. The systems are now pristine and running like new - not to mention the rooms smells fresh. Thanks �
